Sales Executive

I.   Job Identification

a.   Job Title: Sales Executive 

b.   Department: Sales Department

c.   Reports to: Manager

 

II.   Basic Function

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving the required sales activities and maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products.

III.   Principal Duties & Responsibilities

a.   Achieves the required sales quota and sales activities

b.   Recommends pointed solution and the right service to prospects requirements.

c.   Promotes/sells/secures booking from existing and prospective requirements.

d.   Plans and organizes personal sales strategy in order to achieve the required quota.

e.   Performs other tasks given by the Manager.

 

IV.   Competencies

a.   Graduate of any 4 year course preferably Business Management or Marketing Course

b.   Basic knowledge and skills in MS Office applications

c.   Excellent oral and written communication (English)

d.   Excellent sales and negotiation skills

e.   Good organizational and time management skills

f.     Should have the ability to work well on his/her own and also as part of a team.

g.   Confident and motivated.

h.   Good attention to detail.

i.     Must have the ability to develop in-depth knowledge about the company’s service and markets.
